We started Jombone because we spent years running high-volume staffing operations—and every "solution" we tried was built for a different problem. Recruiting platforms designed for placing engineers over 2-week cycles. Legacy systems from the 2000s that couldn't handle real-time at scale. Point solutions that created more integration headaches than they solved.
